How long does shipping take?

Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, your local courier might be experiencing additional delays. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes!

We are happy to offer worldwide shipping.

US/UK/AU/CA/NZ: 5-12 business days
Worldwide: 10-20 business days

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. In peak periods, please allow up to 3-4 business days for dispatch.

Due to these security measures, which currently take place everywhere internationally at all companies, there are delays in the delivery of our packages. We guarantee that you will receive your parcel- if your parcel is affected by a delay, we kindly ask for your understanding.

Do you offer money back guarantee?

Yes! We do have a 90 day money-back guarantee which means we will give you a refund if you are not happy with the results AFTER 3 months of consistently using our products. We do require before and after photos to understand your concerns, so please remember to take photos before starting with KINSEIBEAUTY.

 

Do I get a tracking number?

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

 

Can I change my delivery address or cancel my order?

Unfortunately we cannot cancel your order or change your address once your parcel has been dispatched. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been

dispatched you will need to wait for it to reach you and either reject delivery or return your order back to us for a refund. $10 for shipping cost will be deducted from all refunds.

 

I have placed an order, however, I have not received an order confirmation email?

Please check your junk 1 spam folder and ensure you have entered a valid email address. Let us know right away on sales@kinseibeauty.com if you believe you have given any incorrect details.
